CANADIENS WILL LOOK TO GET BACT ON TRACK TONIGHT IN OTTAWA

The Canadiens fired coach Guy Carbonneau on March 9 to start fresh from their losing ways, but losing has continued. Bob Gainey has lost 3 of 4 games since talking over as coach. The Canadiens latest lose was on Tuesday against the Rangers in a shootout."We had guys who were working hard,"Montreal center Maxim Lapierre said. "I know we didn't get the two points, that's not a good thing, but we did get one big point that keeps us in the race."Gainey was not at all disappointed with the lose."It was a good game for us," Gainey said "We didn't give up, but it was hard because we never had a lead.We were always trailing. I thought we should have attacked and scored more goals, especially at home in a very important game. But we gave ourselves a chance to win after three periods, and that's a good thing."

The Senators, will look to win there 3 straight game, but the Canadiens have won 6 straight games against the Sens. The Senators will have their work cut-out for them tonight." Every time we faced the Canadiens they were ready and came out with effort, we just have to match that effort tonight if were going to win," the Senators coach Cory Clouston told the media. Brian Elliot will start in goal tonight for the Sens. As for the Canadiens Carey Price will start for them. The game will start at 7:08pm E.T on Sportsnet-W and on RDS.
