Earlier tonight in Vancouver, the Canucks were looking to end the series against the Nashville Predators with a win on home ice. 3 minutes in, with the Canucks on the powerplay, Legwand got a shorthanded breakaway and he scored to make it 1-0. A few minutes later, Hanson steels the puck away from the Predators defense and he played the puck to Torres and he scored to tie the game at 1-1.On the next play, Raymond came in on a 2 on 1 with Kesler and Raymond played the puck to Kesler and he scored to give the Canucks the lead. Early in the second, Legwand had the puck behind the net and he flipped the puck over the net and back in front and it went off of Edler and into the net. So the game is tied.

Shortly after that, Henrik Sedin came in the Nashville zone and he shot the puck five hole and he was stopped by Rinne. Then early in the third, Fisher faked a shot and he played the puck over to Ward and he scored to give the Predators the lead. 4 minutes later, Ward got the puck on a turn over and he ripped it by Luongo to give the Predators a 4-2 lead. Kesler would score a late goal, but that's as close as they can get as the Nashville Predators win there first elimination game in Franchise history. The Predators can say thanks to Rinne for that as he made 29 saves to win the game for the Predators.

Luongo made 20 saves for the Canucks in the loss. But this loss was not his fault. It seemed that in this game the Canucks forgot how to play defense. They were unable to clear the puck out of there zone, they scored on there own net and the list goes on. Theres one play that I noticed in particular, Burrows had the puck and played it to Ehroff and he nearly puck the puck in his own net as he was unable to control it. If they play like this Monday night defensively, we will witness another Game 7. Speaking of Monday, Game 6 begins at 8:08 pm E.t and 5:08 pm P.t on CBC, Versus and RDS (French).
