Last night in Nashville, the Canucks goal was to take a 3-1 series lead going back home to Vancouver. With 5 minutes to go in the first, Alex Burrows skated in the Predators zone and made a nice move but lost his stick. So Daniel Sedin played the puck back to Henrik and he played it to Ehrhoff and he scored from the point to make it 1-0. Nashville would respond on the powerplay in the final minute. Fransons shot was stopped but Ward put home the rebound to tie the game at 1 after 1. Just a few minutes into the second, Higgins shot was stopped by Rinne and so was Burrows on the rebound. Just a few minutes after that, Edler got the puck at the point and he took a shot and he scored to give the Canucks a 2-1 lead after 2.

Early in the third, Franson got the puck at the point and he shot it and scored to tie the game. With the Canucks on the powerplay, Kesler dangled through all of the Nashville's players and then he scored. So the Canucks had a 3-2 lead. On the next play, the Sedin twins came in on a 2 on 1, Daniel Sedin played the puck cross ice to Henrik Sedin and he was stopped by Rinne. In the final minute now, Henrik Sedin scored on an empty net for his first goal of the playoffs to clinch the win for Vancouver. The final score is 4-2.

After the game the talk was all about the game winning goal by Kesler."It was a great breakout on the power play," Canucks coach Alain Vigneault said. "It was an amazing goal by a player whose will to win right now is very strong, and he is competing very hard." In the victory, Luongo made 19 saves. As for Rinne, he made 25 saves and kept his team in it right to the end."Right now, he's their best player bar none," Nashville coach Barry Trotz said. Game 5 will be on Saturday night at 8:00 pm E.t and 5:00pm E.t on CBC and RDS.
