Earlier tonight in Houston, the Bulldogs were coming off an 8-1 win in Game 4 to keep there season alive and were looking to build on that in Game 5. 8 minutes in, Zenette scored to make it 1-0 Dogs. Paulshaj scored 2 minutes later on the powerplay to make it 2-0. Then in the second with the score 2-1, Russel scored off a great feed from Ryan White to give the Dogs a 3-1 lead. 2 minutes later, Ortmeyer scored to cut the lead to 1. Conboy would add an empty net goal as the Dogs win 4-2, and live to fight another day. Game 6 will be Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm E.t.
