Last night in Nashville,  the Canucks were looking to rebound after a double overtime loss in game 2. But, they didn't get the best of starts. As just 10 moniutes in with the Canucks on the powerplay, Nashville had a chance shorthanded with a pass from Suter right to Legwand and he scored to give Nashville the lead. With 2 minutes to go, Steve Sullivan had a breakaway and he was stopped by the right pad of Luongo. So it was 1-0 Predators after 1. Early in the second with the Canucks on a powerplay, Ehrhoff fooled Rinne by faking a shot and then he fed the puck to a wide open Ryan Kesler who would put it in the empty net to tie the game.So the score was 1-1 through 2 periods of play.

Early in the third, former Canadiens player Chris Higgins came in on a partial breakaway and he was stopped by Rinne and Kesler was denied on the rebound and it went all the way to the top of the right circle. Higgins was there and he took a shot and he scored to give the Canucks the lead. But it wouldn't last long. 3 minutes later, Joe Ward got the puck behind the Canucks goal and he did and rap-around and he scored to tie the game at 2-2. So were of to overtime for the second straight game. In overtime, the Canucks went on the powerplay 10 minutes in. On the powerplay, Ehrohoff played the puck to Samuelsson and he took a shot and it was tipped in by Kesler to win the game for the Canucks.

This was the first game of this series that the Canucks scored more than 1 goal."They are a real strong team that doesn't give you much, and they battle real hard," Canucks coach Alain Vigneault said. "That is the type of game that we saw tonight. Every team had to fight for every inch on the ice." This was a big win for the Vancouver Canucks. You don't want to go down 2-1 in a series to Nashville on there terf because theres no coming back. They knew that and so they battled hard and got the win. Game 4 of this series will be tomorrow night at 8:30 pm E.t and 5:30 pm P.t on CBC and RDS.
