(13-7-1) Montreal Canadiens 2-3 Philadelphia Flyers (14-6-2)
                                            Final

Last night in Philadelphia, the Habs got off to a great start by getting 2 goals from Lapierre to make it 2-0. But the Flyers would respond with a goal from Leino to cut the lead to 1 goal. Then in the third the Flyers would add 2 more goals which were from Giroux and Van Riemsdyk to make it 3-2. That is your final."We dominated the first period and it was the reverse in the second," Canadiens coach Jacques Martin said. "They dominated the second and took some momentum away and the third period continued by just getting pucks in deep and outworking us in our zone."

Carey Price was great for Montreal in the lose as he made 42 saves on 45 shots. But his team couldn't score. As Boucher made 29 saves on 31 shots."The saves he made in the first period were incredible," Flyers coach Peter Laviolette said. "He was sharp. Then he continued that way through the rest of the game. I thought he was terrific."The Habs next game will be Wednesday against the Kings.
