CANADIENS FAIL TO SCORE AS THEY LOSE 3-0

(8-6-3) Nashville Predators 3-0 Montreal  Canadiens (12-6-1)
                                           Final

Last night in Montreal, the Habs were struggling to score goals. Thanks to great goaltending from Rinne (who made a total of 30 saves). Rinne got the offense suport to back it up. In the first period, there were no goals. But in the second, Nashville went on the powerplay and former Hab Boulion centerd the puck right Goc who buried it past Price to make it 1-0. Then in the third they would get insurance with a goal from O`Reilly to make it 2-0. Then with 8 minutes to play, Goc skated right in and fired a shot past Carey Price that`s his second of the night and 5th of the season as the Preditors win this one 3-0 is your final.

The Problem in this game for Montreal was simple. They just couldn`t score. They had breakaways shots from the point shots on a open net but nothing went in. Thanks to Rinne."It's exciting to come to Montreal and to play one of the top teams in the league," said Rinne. "We played the same way last year and this year we played really well as a team and that's the story behind it, I guess." In the lose, Carey Price played well and he made 27 saves.

"At some points we started to have momentum, but it was too little too late," said Canadiens' captain Brian Gionta. "We could have been a lot better in many different areas tonight." The Habs next game will be Saturday night at home against the Leafs.
