NHL AWARDS 2012: Max Pacioretty wins Bill Masterton Trophy























                 Last night in Las Vagas, it was the 2012 NHL awards ceremony and Max Pacioretty of the Montreal Canadiens was awarded the Bill Masterton Trophy. This trophy is awarded to the NHLs best player that bounces back from a serious injury and has a good season. In March of 2011, Chara drove Pacioretty into the turnbuckle at the Bell Centre. Pacioretty had to miss the remainder of the season and the playoffs with a injured vertebrae. The fans and Players all wondered if he would ever play again...In the 2011-12 season Pacioretty returned and played 79 games and had 33 goals and 32 assists. Now just this past night he wins the Bill Masterton Trophy. Whats next for Pacioretty? We will find out in the 2012-2013 NHL season.
