Last night in Boston, it was the Bruins and Habs first game after the Olympic break. It was a great game. The Bruins were leading 1-0 going into the third with the goal scored by Marco Sturm. But the Canadiens never gave up as they scored 4 straight 3rd period goals by
The Canadiens dominated possession and the whole game. The Bruins coach said that's because they haven't played in 2 weeks."You could tell we hadn't played in a couple of weeks," Bruins coach Claude Julien said. "Somehow, we started to fade after they scored that first goal. Going into the third period with a 1-0 lead, you never expect to see your team give up four goals." The Habs next game will be on Thursday against the Sharks.
