Habs lose 2 straight
The Leafs scored 3 power-play goals to defeat the Canadiens 6-3 in the 2008 Hall of Fame Game.Former Canadiens forward Mikhail Grabovski scored his first career goal against the Canadiens tonight and registered 3 assist tonight at the Air Canada Center.
Grabovski blast a quick shot by former teammate Carey Price to make it 2-0 at 1:48 in the 2nd period.He was in the penalty box for goaltender interference when Lang got the Habs on the score board 3 minutes later.
About 2 minutes later Plekanec scoreda power-play goal at 9:59 in the 2nd period and tied the game.
Hagman for the leafs scored 1 minute later and then abot 2:50 minutes later Koivu scored for the Canadiens before Antropov put the Leafs up 4-3 at 16:27 in the 2nd.At 2:49 into the 3rd period Kazak put yet another shot in the net for Toronto that made the score be 5-3.They would add 1 more goal to win the game 6-3.
The Habs record is now 8-2-2 as for the Leafs they are 6-5-4.
The Habs next game will be against ottowa on Tuesday.
