Today in Montreal, Canadiens GM announced that they have claimed Blair Betts from the Flyers off of wavers. He also announced that he sent down Andreas Engqvis to the Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL). Betts played 3 Pre-Season games this year and was pointless. But in 75 games with the Flyers last season, Betts had 5 goals and 7 assists. Betts (who will wear number 15) is expected to make his debut tomorrow night as a centre in Toronto against the Leafs.
