The Habs’ new central scoreboard, the third model since the arena opened its doors in March 1996.It's the largest score board in the NHL.The scoreboard weights 50,000 pounds and standing 25 feet high and 40 feet wide, it won’t be unnoticed on Friday night when the Habs take on the Senators. The Canadiens centennial scoreboard is way wider, and way bigger then the size of the scoreboard recently purchased by the Maple Leafs for the Air Canada Centre.
